Ingredients:
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds + 3 tablespoons water
1 banana
½ cup coconut oil
½ cup coconut sugar*
1 tsp vanilla extract (this is optional)
1 cup almond flour**
¾ cup gluten free flour**
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup chopped walnuts
½ cup rolled oats
¼ cup chopped dark chocolate
¼ cup shredded coconut
¼ cup sunflower seeds
Notes:
* Feel free to add any type of sugar, but we prefer coconut sugar for the caramelized taste
** if you don't have almond flour or gluten free flour, you can use regular flour
