Ingredients

  • 5 shallots thinly sliced

  • ½ inch of ginger crushed

  • 2 teaspoons salt*

  • ½ fresh mango cubed (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

  • ½ teaspoon chili powder

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 280mL / 9.5fl oz can of coconut cream

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp**

  • 540mL / 19fl oz can of chickpeas**


Notes:

*Adjust the salt according to taste
