Ingredients:
6 cups soaked chickpeas*
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
6 cloves garlic crushed
1 tablespoon chili powder**
1 tablespoon coriander powder**
½ tablespoon ground turmeric**
1 tablespoon salt
enough water to cover the chickpeas in cooker
Notes:
*If using dried chickpeas, soak them overnight; you can also use canned chickpeas
