These pancakes are light and fluffy and delicious. We have made this recipes many times, and we would like to share this healthy pancake recipe with everyone. This recipe is quick to make and delicious to eat. Did you know that the first pancakes were called Alita Dolcia ("another sweet" in Latin) and were made by Romans in the 1st Century AD? Feel free to serve the pancakes with your favorite toppings!

Ingredients:
2 cups whole wheat flour*
1 cup gluten free flour*
4 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
½ cup oats
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 scoops protein powder**
2 ½ cups milk
2 eggs
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Notes:
*Using whole wheat flour is more healthier than using regular flour, and we also used gluten free flour to add more nutrients - you could use whole wheat only
**Protein powder is optional - adds more protein 💪
