Easy Homemade Pizza

This is our go-to recipes when it comes to making homemade pizza crust for any pizza at home. It turns out delicious with the perfect amount of topping and a crunchy crust to compliment it. Feel free to add different topping and have a great time making it with or for your family.


Yield: 8 slices

(depending on how big you want to make the pizza)

Prep time: 40 minutes

Cook time: 15 minutes

Total time: ~1 hour


Ingredients:

Dough

  • 2 ½ warm milk

  • 2 teaspoons yeast

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

  • 5 cups dark rye flour*

  • 1 teaspoon oil (to grease the dough)

Topping

  • 3 tablespoons sriracha

  • 3 tablespoons ketchup

  • Grated mozzarella cheese

  • Shredded chicken

  • Handfuls of spinach

  • Some olives

Notes:

*Feel free to add any type of flour you have on hand
