Ingredients:
1lbs ground beef (80/20)*
1lbs ground pork
2 cups breadcrumbs
2 cups (2%) milk
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or 1 tablespoon minced garlic)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Notes:
*Some may choose to go only with ground beef or other ground meat, but this recipes calls for ground beef and ground pork
**You can easily store them in zip lock bags and store them in the freezer
