Healthy Granola

This is a really simple and healthy granola recipe to make. We make this recipe quite often with different nuts and flavors. Enjoy it as your breakfast with a bowl of milk and banana slices on top or on its own. Customize it with your own toppings and flavors to make it according to your preference.


Yield: 12 servings

(depends on the amount you use per serving)

Prep time: 10 minutes

Cook time: 20 minutes

Total time: 30 minutes - 1 hour


Ingredients:

  • 3 cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts*

  • ½ cup sunflower seeds*

  • ½ cup flax seeds*

  • ¾ cup shredded coconut

  • ½ or ¼ cup honey (according to the amount of sweetness needed)

  • ¼ cup olive oil**

  • 1 pinch of salt

Notes:

*Add any type of nuts or seeds to the mixture

** We usually use coconut oil for this recipe but you can use vegetable oil or olive oil
