Skip the oil and frying and make crispy baked fries at home. With simple ingredients you already have at home you can make this simple recipe. They are much healthier than normally used in store bought or fast food chains. Fast food fries are immersed in oils that contain saturated fats that are known to contribute to heart diseases. Try this recipe and make a simple choice from fast food to home cooked.

Prep time: 20 minutes

Cook time: 30 minutes

Total time: ~50 minutes


Ingredients

  • 3 potatoes

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper


Notes:

*Feel free to add more seasoning or different seasonings to your liking
