Homemade Rye Pasta

We love making rye pasta from scratch whenever possible. For this recipe, we opted for whole rye flour to prepare homemade rye, which resulted in a rich, hearty, and flavorful dish. Choosing rye flour is a great thing to do for your health. Rye flour retains a large quantity of nutrients and is packed with Manganese (necessary for bone production and skin integrity), Magnesium and fibers. Feel free to make your own sauce to accompany it.

Cook time: 45 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rye flour*

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup water*

  • salt to taste

*Adjust the flour and water until it become a dough ball
