This is a hearty, simple, and slurp worthy tofu ramen recipe. Although this is not a traditional ramen recipe, we have added our own flavors to make it easier and affordable for everyone to make. The delicious broth comes together in one pot and the flexibility with the toppings gives you the choice to make it convenient and healthy for everyone.

Ingredients
18 ounce/ 500g firm tofu
3 tablespoons soy sauce
4-5 crushed garlic cloves
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
8 ounce/226g wide and flat rice noodles*
2 boiled eggs**
6 ounce/ 170g shredded chicken**
Broth
1 teaspoon oil
2 red onions
8 ounce/ 227g mushrooms
1 tablespoon green curry paste (optional)
5 tablespoons soy sauce
10 cups water
Notes:
*Use any type of noodles you have on hand
