Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • Cooked/leftover day old rice

  • 2 teaspoon oil

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder

Sauce

  • 3 minced garlic

  • 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley*

  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning*

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Ground Beef Mixture

  • 1 tablespoon oil

  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce/red miso paste

  • 3 minced garlic

  • lemon juice to taste

  • 340g plant based ground beef

Eggs

  • 2 eggs

  • splash of water

  • 1 teaspoon sauce mixture

Vegetables

  • 2 teaspoon oil

  • 1 cup vegetable mix

  • lemon juice to taste

  • 2 teaspoon sauce mixture

Notes:

*Feel free to add different herbs and seasonings you prefer
