Ingredients:
4 packets of udon noodles
2 teaspoon oil*
1 chopped onion
2 teaspoons tomato paste/tomato sauce
2 teaspoons hot sauce (we used sriracha)
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ cup vegetables**
1 can of chickpeas
Shrimp mixture
1 ½ cups washed and peeled shrimp
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1-2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1-2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1-2 teaspoon onion powder
1-2 teaspoon garlic powder
Sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons smoked paprika
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon water

*add oil along the way for sautéing the vegetables and the shrimp
** you can add how much vegetables you want according to the amount of noodles
