Spicy Chicken Curry


Spicy chicken curry served with chapati

It's beautifully spiced, thick and creamy. The chicken curry is bursting with flavor with the Thai curry paste, and Indian spices. This recipe is simple to make with the flavors of Thai and Indian cuisine. All this deliciousness comes together in one pot with things you already have at home.

Ingredients:

  • 6 chicken legs (or add equivalent chicken pieces)

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 6-7 cloves minced garlic

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 5 teaspoons Thai green curry paste (red curry paste also works)

  • 1 can of crushed tomato / 5-6 tomato chopped

  • 1 can coconut milk

  • 3-4 teaspoon smoked paprika or chili powder*

  • 2-3 teaspoons chicken masala

  • salt according to taste*

  • 1-2 teaspoon turmeric

  • 1-2 teaspoon chopped coriander

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

*Adjust salt and spice according to preference
