This is a warm and comforting bowl of chicken garlic soup packed with protein and vegetables. The broth is so flavorful and creamy and just a warm hug in a bowl. Perfect for when feeling under the weather and makes a huge batch for when you need it.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup peas

  • 1 cup mushroom sliced

  • ¼ of a lettuce roughly chopped

  • ½ cup carrots diced

  • 1 whole onion

  • ½ tablespoons garlic powder

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ - 1 teaspoon chili powder

Broth

  • 6 chicken legs*

  • Handful of mushrooms sliced

  • 3 ½ cups water

  • 946 ml chicken broth or any broth of choice

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

*Feel free to use how much quantity of chicken you want
