This zucchini banana bread is super moist and tender and is our go-to recipe when it comes to any type of banana bread. It only consists of 10 ingredients and these doesn't have eggs in it! Add some butter on top and see how it melts in the heat from the bread. It melts in your mouth when you take a bite and its delicious.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds + 3 tablespoons water
2 ripe bananas
1 zucchini grated
½ cup coconut sugar*
½ cup milk (or non-diary milk)
¼ cup oil
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ tablespoon baking powder
½ teaspoon of salt
1 ½ cup flour or use gluten-free flour blend
Notes:
* we like to use coconut sugar, because it adds a caramelized taste and a nice color to the banana bread. Feel free to add any type of sugar.
